CUSTOMER: I HAVE OTHER LAND THAT I WANT TO SELL BESIDES WHAT YOU SENT AN OFFER FOR.
JCL: THATS GREAT, WE'RE OPEN TO LOOKING AT EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO SELL.
CUSTOMER: WHAT DO YOU PLAN ON DOING WITH THE PROPERTY?
JCL: WE PLAN TO BUY AND BUILD, BUY AND HOLD, OR BUY AND SELL. WE WOULDN'T KNOW WHICH ONE FITS BEST FOR US UNTIL WE DO OUR DUE DILIGENCE ON YOUR PROPERTY.

JCL: THE TITLE COMPANY AND OR ATTORNEY WOULD BE ABLE TO MAIL YOU OUT ANY DOCUMENTATION THAT WOULD NEED TO BE SIGNED AND NOTARIZED. THEY ALSO CAN WIRE THE FUNDS TO YOU OR MAIL A CHECK.
